Some of my favorite things
I am a visual creature. That is why I love having cooking recipes on video. Chefs who know what they are doing make the task of creating a great recipe easy.  Take the Bananas Flambeed with Rum and Soft Caramel. The ingredients are quite simple, and so is the preparation. I think of how fun it would be to be able to prepare such a gourmet recipe for friends, with the flame from the rum encompassing the bananas in a great flare. The ingredients are on the side of the video recipe, so you have a simple fare to acquire at the market. While watching the video I envision these confections melting over my tongue, sending sweet sensations of banana, caramel and rum shivering through my being. I imagine serving it up next to a neatly and uniquely folded napkin to complete the presentation
